The City of Coeur d’Alene has rolled out the draft 10-year Plan to End Homelessness. The draft plan was presented at the May 19th City Council meeting and it represents hundreds of hours of work by countless community leaders and local social service organizations. While the draft marks a significant milestone, much more work remains.Interested citizens are encouraged to participate as additional community input is necessary to further shape this plan. A series of town hall meetings will occur over the next few months, the first one has been scheduled on June 11th at 5:30 pm at City Hall upstairs in the Old Council Chambers. There will be a panel of community experts and copies of the draft plan available.
