The McEuen Park design is complete. The project is out for bids with a bid opening scheduled for 10 a.m. March 5 in the old
City Council Chambers. Council will approve the contract at a special meeting
March 7 at 5 p.m. in the Community Room at the library. Both meetings are open
to the public. The Council meeting will be televised. Work is expected to begin in March. Expect Front Avenue to be closed from March to November.
